About the role 💼

At Flanks, we are looking for a Financial Analyst Intern to join our team. If you’re a motivated professional passionate about financial services and eager to take on an exciting challenge in a dynamic environment, we’d love to meet you! 🌟

What you'll do 🛠️

Here’s what you can expect to work on:

• Ensure Accuracy: Verify data entries and cross-reference with original documents and third-party sources ✅
• Solve Issues: Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies swiftly 🔍
• Manage Assets: Organize and maintain records of diverse assets like real estate, investments, and bank accounts 📂
• Extract Insights: Process information from PDFs and integrate it into asset management systems 📑
• Support Operations: Facilitate seamless client financial exchanges with banking entities 💳
• Drive Efficiency: Collaborate on process improvement and automation projects ⚙️
• Leverage Data: Help teams unlock insights and value from the database 📊
• Connect and Communicate: Bridge clients, banks, and external advisors to ensure smooth operations 🤝

What we'd love to see 😍

The essential skills we’re looking for include:

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field 🎓
• Experience: Some experience in administrative, audit, or accounting roles within the financial/banking sector is a plus but not required 💼
• Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish 🌍
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with banking software and Microsoft Office tools 💻
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized and methodical 🗂️
• Results-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving results and meeting objectives 🎯
