About the role 💼

At FLANKS, we are looking for a Financial Analyst Specialist - Spanish Market to join our team. If you’re a motivated professional with a passion for financial services and an in-depth understanding of the Spanish market, this is your chance to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment. What you'll do 🛠️

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assess and Create Metrics: Assess and create risk and return analysis metrics to ensure accurate financial evaluations 📊
• Review Financial Products: Review products from the Spanish financial market to analyse and document future needs 📈
• Analyse and Improve Data: Analyse current data and focus on its continuous improvement for greater accuracy 🔍
• Maintain Data Quality: Maintain and enhance data from market data providers to ensure consistent quality 💾
• Coordinate and Support Teams: Coordinate and support other teams to streamline operations and ensure alignment 🤝

What we'd love to see 😍

The essential skills we’re looking for include:

• Organised and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy 🗂️
• Solid Excel skills: at least proficiency with pivot tables for data analysis and presentation 💻
• Extensive knowledge of the Spanish financial market and its products, along with a good understanding of market trends 🇪🇸
• Experience in investment departments, with a strong foundation in financial analysis 💼
• Familiarity with Morningstar and other market data providers to gather and evaluate financial information 📊

Additionally, the following would be nice to have:

• Speaking French and German would be appreciated 🗣️
