About the role 💼

As part of our Quality Assurance team, you will play a key role in ensuring the consistency, accuracy, and clarity of financial statements delivered to ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI).
This position sits within the Run team, focusing on the financial and operational validation of final reports. Your main responsibility is to ensure that the output delivered to clients meets the highest standards of financial accuracy, formatting, and data consistency.
While you will not be testing new product features directly, you are expected to review and validate the impact of new functionalities on the final reporting outputs. You will give the final go/no-go from a financial QA perspective and ensure that all reporting logic, data flows, and client deliverables behave as expected in production.
You will collaborate closely with operations, financial domain experts, and product teams to spot inconsistencies, open QA tickets, and contribute to the improvement of tools and processes supporting financial reporting. In addition, you will coordinate with the development QA specialists to align on validation coverage and ensure seamless quality across the entire reporting lifecycle.
This role requires a solid financial background, a high level of precision, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

What you'll do 🛠️

Here’s what you can expect to work on:

• Review and validate monthly financial statements for accuracy, formatting, and completeness prior to client delivery.
• Cross-check financial data across internal systems and output files to ensure consistency and business logic alignment.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and QA Engineers to understand changes impacting reporting, and validate their effect post-deployment.
• Give the final QA approval from a financial perspective before statements are released to clients.
• Identify and document discrepancies or quality issues; create and track QA tickets with the appropriate teams.
• Support the testing of updates to reporting tools or templates, especially in terms of financial correctness and formatting standards.
• Contribute to and maintain internal QA documentation, validation workflows, and checklists focused on financial outcomes.
• Participate in regular team meetings and collaborate with Operations and Domain Experts to resolve edge cases and improve process stability.
• Provide support for onboarding, documentation, and QA knowledge sharing sessions when required.

What we'd love to see 😍

The essential skills we’re looking for include:

• Extremely detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent knowledge of financial instruments and structures: equities, fixed income, private equity, real estate, etc.
• Experience working with or for wealth management services tailored to UHNWI clients.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a plus.
• Ability to read and adjust JSON configurations; basic understanding of Python is a plus.
• Background in financial QA, auditing, or operational reporting roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish; French is highly desirable.
• Able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across remote or hybrid cross-functional teams.
