About the role 💼

As our Integrator Intern, you'll own the onboarding and day-to-day support of Flanks' strategic clients, working within our Tech team and reporting to the CISO. You'll sit at the intersection of client needs and our engineering roadmap — gathering requirements, tracking delivery timelines, and making sure new developments land smoothly for the people who depend on them. It's a client-facing, high-visibility role for someone who wants hands-on exposure to both the technical and relationship side of a fast-growing fintech.

What you'll do 🛠️

Here's what you can expect to work on:

Gather client requirements for new features and integrations, and translate them into clear specs for the team
Own and manage the timeline of new developments, keeping stakeholders aligned on progress
Be the first point of contact for client issues, triaging and resolving them or escalating when needed.
Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to keep implementations on track

What we'd love to see 😍

Some exposure to financial markets or the wealth management space
Strong client-facing skills — comfortable communicating with external stakeholders
A structured, organized approach to juggling multiple requests and deadlines
A problem-solving mindset and the drive to figure things out independently
SQL or database skills are a plus
Language Proficiency: Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish to collaborate effectively in our bilingual environment 🗣️
